Get fit Meridian is such a great community . You get the best variety of workouts, knowledgeable coaches, friendly clients.
I joined Get Fit Meridian at 3 months postpartum and I’m obsessed. It’s full of strong, motivating women (aka hot moms) who somehow make burpees look good. The energy is positive, the workouts are challenging, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Best decision I’ve made for myself!

As someone who liked to workout alone and never enjoyed classes- this gym was a huge change that turned out to be the best thing! The instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming, pushing you without making you feel weird if you need to modify. The workout you get in 50 min is better than I would do on my own in 90 min.
