Said they would come by to give an estimate. Never showed up, never called to explain why, never responded to my texts. Totally unprofessional.
We are repeat customers of Get Er Done Tree Service. I will not use anyone else but Danny of Get Er Done! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and very fairly prices out a job. He is very timely, and cleans up the site great. We are happy homeowners with this company.
The written contract was to remove some Acacia Palms, grind stumps and trim some other palms.. The price was good but the job was poor. They did not finish grinding and did not trim the palms even when reminded.
They came when they said they would and did a great job,and cleaned up when they were done. Very happy with the tree service.
RecommendedThis company is great and understands customer service. I left a message. Danny called back and came by around 1:30. He gave me a great price. I said let’s book it or and he said, “the crew is on the way.” They started that afternoon and finished the next morning. A few days later I noticed they missed a few stumps from bushes I had them remove. They came back and removed them. James even noticed a nuisance small shrub on the way out and removed it. This company was AMAZING!!! Came for an estimate and was on time. I accepted the estimate and they did the work the same day. GREAT price and they even did it on a Saturday. Super Nice guys!! Did a FANTASTIC job. I had a large tree trimmed, a small palm trimmed and a pepper tree removed and they did it and took all the clippings in about an hour and a half. GREAT crew and GREAT service.

Dan and his team are fast and efficient, the pricing is more than reasonable, and the service was excellent. A severe afternoon storm brought down a 20-foot+ tree in our backyard, and Dan called us back within an hour of reaching out to him that evening. The next morning, they arrived promptly and were done cutting, grinding and clearing the tree in well under two hours. They even helped us temporarily secure our fence where the tree fell, free of charge. Get Er Done Tree Service is the one to call!
I would definitely recommend Get Er Done Tree Service. Spoke to Dan at noon today, he had his crew at the property at 2:00 and work was done by 3:00. Six Palms trimmed and removal of one palm tree and stump. Property left in clean, neat piles for city pick up and debris racked and hauled off in his truck. Experienced, hard working crew!!! Hard to find reliable, good help like this company that actually gets the work done! Thank you very much!
