Then there is a glitch filling it out and they force you toe EXPEDITE the service for another $35.00 only to receive NOTHING... I have so many call recordings of the HORRIBLE service this company gives. They did not meet the 10 business day guarantee, and when I called on the 11th day, I am told “I will have your papers ready tomorrow.” And immediately hung up on. I have called back more than 10 times and while in line, they reject my call. I want a FULL refund. This is atrocious
