I have so many call recordings of the HORRIBLE service this company gives. They did not meet the 10 business day guarantee, and when I called on the 11th day, I am told “I will have your papers ready tomorrow.” And immediately hung up on. I have called back more than 10 times and while in line, they reject my call. I want a FULL refund. This is atrocious
I wish I had checked the reviews before using their service. Spent 6 hours filling it out and paying for the service, didn't want to pay for the expedited shipping and here I am, a month later than the advertised 3-10 business days and no papers
