This is based upon only professional feedback… I was gifted a 60 min hot stone+ deep tissue massage with this establishment. I have been receiving professional massages from massage therapist for over 10 years and look for a standard of customer service and quality. Upon arrival the two ladies (owner + masseuse) were running behind and explained to me they were busy. Paid $20 deposit to only arrive and not get access,; no one answers the phone , no signage etc. Emailed cancellation after not being to get in or unable to speak with anyone directly. Business has agreed to refund deposit.
My massage was wonderful. She was very attentive to the areas of soreness and knots on my body, and really got in there to loosen things up. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, inviting. Parking was very easy and it is validated for up to two hours. Highly recommend.
