We picked up our MDC trailer on Thursday May 23, it was the best experience, from setting up the financing to trailer pick-up, Craig team was outstand at showing us how everything worked ( this was our first RV) they went the extra mile by labeled all the key 10 plus and all switch's. They are a small family owned RV center and the service show their dedication to service.
In May it will have been a year since we bought our RV through them. Everything seemed great until we never received our license plate in the mail. We have been trying to get ahold of them and everytime we do it’s the same excuse and no solution. Hopefully this review gets them to solve the problem. Almost a year and no license plate. Ridiculous.

We recently purchased a trailer from Craig and couldn't be more pleased. He was a very low pressure salesman, which was greatly appreciated. He delivered the trailer to us after working hours. By the time he was finished setting it up, it was almost 8:00pm. He went above and beyond, even trimming a few tree limbs at the site! He showed us how everything works and made sure everything was in working order. Thank you Craig!
