Rachel, of Get Active is amazing, and is highly skilled at motivating without the ra-ra. She genuinely cares for her client's fitness and provides particularly well thought out individual and group sessions, I thoroughly recommend her.

FANTASIC for many reasons. Rachel is excellent in giving clear & easy to follow instructions & to honour your own pace in getting fit. FANTASTIC TRIBE of attendees whom are very supportive of each other. 6 out of 5 stars for me. Love these classes as 45 minutes is just perfect to increase my fitness at a nice & achievable pace.
