This is the second time my grandson has had a haircut scheduled with Sterling and he either canceled last minute or didn't show up at all. Luckily this time one of the other barbers was able to squeeze him in 2 hours after the original appointment. Still involves having to go back a second time and having to rearrange the day and transportation. Not cool. Doesn't matter how good you are at cutting, if you can't honor appointments, that's going to hurt business - especially business from me.
Owner didn't show up for scheduled time. Waited 20 minutes passed, and left.
My husband has scheduled 3 separate appointments with Sterling and the first 2 he canceled 30 minutes before, then he still scheduled a 3rd appointment because he’s gone to him multiple times previously and there was no issue. Well he shows up for his appointment at 10am and the place isn’t open, no one’s there except another guy who’s also waiting to get his hair cut but he’s been waiting since 9am! I’m not usually the type to take the time to write a review but that’s just ridiculous.
I booked my sons first ever haircut over a week in advanced and the barber sterling never cared to show up and didn’t bother ever responding
