This company did not inform me that there would be a service charge for a estimate. I get it and I totally would have understood that if it was told to me. The estimate was extremely high. Also if you do make an appointment dont plan anything for that day because they were 2 hours late and did not communicate with me well on that situation. The tech was nice and professional but overall logistics and communicate was not good.

First 1-star review I’ve ever given — and they earned every bit of it. Gessner’s original bid came in at $1,240.09 — which included $500 for “special order” shipping on warranty parts for equipment THEY previously installed. Let that sink in. At 4 AM the very next morning after repairs were completed, we were woken up by water streaming from our ceilings. Their repairs had not been done properly.
