First time meeting Dr Choubey, not good!!! He spent the first couple of minutes on his phone, the next few minutes with his hand on the door knob. Never did get the results of my electrocardiogram. I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but have since seen his reviews. Advice, find another cardiologist.
He didn't take my concerns seriously. He actually closed out a ct scan that had vital info on it. Didnt recognize a serious condition. Makes you wait almost 2 hours at times. He did speak nicely but often answered a question I didn't even ask. Ignoring the one I did.

This was my husband 2nd visit to Dr Ford in 7 years. My husband was having hip pain and I went to tell Dr. Ford my husband was having short term memory issues. To make a long story short upon telling This doctor of the memory issues he reply 'well what are you going to do about that' He informed me that Alzheimer does not effect short term memory. My first time meeting him. We discussed health concerns that I had as well as concerns he had. He recommended a Rx to relieve one of these concerns. Two days later at 8:15 in the evening he called me to confirm I understood his recommendation. What other doctor would do t?
1-2 hr wait times. Rude when you ask too many questions. Doesn't even review tests or know what your problems are because he just doesn't listen. Reminded me I was old and shouldn't expect to feel well. Just says come back but for what is a mystery. Didn't care about discomfort or symptoms. I had to fire him. His staff has no clue how to put in referrals had to self refer. I guess he's ok for the basics, just not actual health issues.
Dr. Ford is the best!!! No one is even close to him. Takes time with you, explains things clearly, etc.
Dr. DeSena is friendly and very complete in her exams. She listens carefully and orders any tests that she feels is necessary. I always feel that she will take good care of me. She remembers why I visited her the visit before and checks to see how I'm doing with that problem. She has seen me through many illnesses and calls to check on me. We always go over my medicine and change anything that isn't working. She's always very careful to ask if I need any refills.
