He didn't take my concerns seriously. He actually closed out a ct scan that had vital info on it. Didnt recognize a serious condition. Makes you wait almost 2 hours at times. He did speak nicely but often answered a question I didn't even ask. Ignoring the one I did.
My first time meeting him. We discussed health concerns that I had as well as concerns he had. He recommended a Rx to relieve one of these concerns. Two days later at 8:15 in the evening he called me to confirm I understood his recommendation. What other doctor would do t?
1-2 hr wait times. Rude when you ask too many questions. Doesn't even review tests or know what your problems are because he just doesn't listen. Reminded me I was old and shouldn't expect to feel well. Just says come back but for what is a mystery. Didn't care about discomfort or symptoms. I had to fire him. His staff has no clue how to put in referrals had to self refer. I guess he's ok for the basics, just not actual health issues.
I have had Dr. Christian since he came to Gessler clinic. He cares about his patients, listens to what you have to say.
Staff does not return calls, no sense of urgency, front desk secretary very unprofessional and rude, wait time to see him is ridiculously long. Do not recommend.
He completes a thorough exam and answers any questions you have. I’m very happy with the message system through the “Follow My Health” portal and his office staff have always gotten back to me in a timely manner.
I have had Dr. Christian since he came to Gessler Clinic. He is a great diagnostician. He is down to earth, compassionate are really cares about his patients. You may wait a little while in the waiting room but know that when it is your turn to see him you have his undivided attention.
Dr garrison took me off of fosamax for osteoporosis he wanted to wait for 2yrs to see if was doing any good.I understood this but then I started experiencing back pain bad . All he wanted to do was give a shot,or pills,which I don’t want to take.I used to walk 2or3miles a day not anymore I try but my back hurts not any help trying to change drs and michell Murphy was the same
Staff very unprofessional. Wait is always long. Staff cant answer simple questions.
