Patient care is not going downhill since baycare took over. Trying to get referrals or authorization for ANY specialized care is next to impossible. Staff is rude...(Jackie)...if you're upset about how it's taken forever and they send you her, she'll ask you to leave and come back when you're in a better mood.!!!! The lack of care, accountability, and professionalism at this clinic is beyond me.
