This clinic is horrendous! As an African American the condescending racial bias and treatment of these medical professionals and staff are God awful! They do not care or take initiative into looking into your health. They do not return calls. & Good luck if you get to speak to an appointment secretary because their attitudes are HORRIBLE! I can never get ahold of the nurses station whenever I have questions. They keep me on hold. They don't call you back. They tell you one thing and then tell you a whole nother thing.They are not organized.
Wait times are extremely high. Over 3 hours for a wellness check and blood work. Staff is friendly, and it's nice to have so many things in house, but my goodness, there is no reason to half to spend half the morning waiting.
Very unwelcoming and confusing. Poor signage, a nurse at the welcome desk was lying slouched over with her head on the counter. The check in process is convoluted. The only bright spot was my provider and nurse staff were pleasant and friendly. Look elsewhere if you can. EDIT: I wrote the above two years ago and originally rated 2 stars. This place is a mess. I will start by saying I definitely understand that being late is my fault. I had to take children to school and then I ended up at the wrong clinic, but a particular AA doctor in their office has rescheduled me not once but twice due to their “vacations” over the span of 5 month and I really think that’s crazy that nothing could’ve been done about my appointment today. Having expectations but allowing people that you choose to serve to fall by the wayside for your own pleasures is crazy.
