It’d be five stars if the clock on the wall hadn’t been left broken for over 4 weeks
Been coming here for years and I love it, got everything you need, gym, spin room, lots of classes, swimming pools, suana, steam room, jacuzzi, basketball courts, futsal, the works! Everything well maintained and up to date! Great staff, I got no complaints!
Great place with a good gym and nice pool area - needs a 24/7 gym option as it's really suffering from overcrowding, especially when the HIIT classes/ groups of teenagers take over half the gym floor!
Absolutely ridiculous policy related to classes. No grace period in being a minute or two late despite challenging parking. You jump through hoops to book classes, brave the carpark or park further anway and then they give spots away and refuse entry if you are one minute late. Incredibly poor from customer experience perspective. Made equally worse because the policy is not applied consistently across classes.
