This swimming so poor dirty broken things it take one years to reper. Just want money . Its look never been clean from opening times .I saw clean just waste times zaro cleaning. This swimming pool only love money zaro clean
Gym is so unbelievably busy for such a small piece.
The indoor pool temperature is far too hot. I couldn’t complete my laps due to the extreme warmth. It also looks like it’s starting to fall apart. The spa is even worse, and half of the jets weren’t working. The fee for a casual swim, spa and sauna is far too high… Even at 3pm on a weekday, there was no room in the spa or the sauna, so the casual rate was a complete waste of money. Giving 1 star and not zero, due to the girl at reception being very friendly and polite.
My review is for Monique she used to do pilaties mat class and it was my most favourite class of the week! Miss my favourite class please put Monique back on Mat pilaties Gsac she is the beat mat pilates instructor!!
Do NOT attended these facilities if you have any sort of disability, ‘invisible’ or not. While staff are okay, not very educated on the matters, or how to support- the community culture there is absolutely horrendous. And I know this isn’t the staff or the facilities fault directly- but my goodness I have never seen such lack of compassion, understanding or any tolerance for those with a disability.
