If you feel like waiting forever and constantly needing to follow up then this is the dealership for you. Be sure to double and triple check everything. It took a week for our new car to be ready. Not to mention waiting in the dealership for 3-4 hours after already having the car and deal worked out before hand. After 1 month I am still waiting on the refund for our state inspection that they did not complete yet still charged us for.
Gervais VW Service is okay for routine maintenance, but we had a bad experience with them regarding a more complicated issue. After keeping our car for 30+ days and charging us $4776.78 for a J519 repair, they finally informed us that the car was ready to be picked up. When we picked up the car on 10/11, we noticed the air fan no longer worked. It only blows out air at level 4 (levels 1, 2, and 3 do not function). We called the Service Department on 10/11 but could not leave a message because it was Saturday and they were cl... read more

Nick and Marcos are just awesome customer service reps. I wish every time I have to do any business, the reps were like these guys. Super friendly and the problem was described in a way I could understand and NO upselling!
