I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership — even if you get everything in writing. When I was finally ready to buy, I came fully prepared. I provided my trade-in details, payoff amount, income info, and even completed financing online. I told them I didn’t want to spend hours at the dealership — I wanted it all handled in advance. Most dealings were positive despite going periods of time with not getting back to us. On the day of our appointment to pick up our vehicle however, with 4 days notice, it wasn’t ready. Nobody had taken stickers off, nobody had programmed it. We spent a long time waiting for them to prep it, which should have already been done. The service department, Particularly Lilliana, Always takes care of us and our needs for both of our Volkswagen‘s. As an understatement, I am a slightly particular guy myself when it comes to the service of my cars. The team is always gracious enough to have a phone conversation regarding any of my specific needs or concerns.
