Super helpful and friendly team! They went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. The entire process was smooth, and they were patient in answering all my questions. I never felt pressured, and they worked hard to make everything happen. Highly recommend Gervais Kia if you’re looking for a new vehicle!
The cost of $1,000 was never provided to me ahead of time and that was without an oil change, tire rotation or alignment. For something that should have taken 2/3 hours it actually 5 hours. And then he said I had a free oil change…….. I doubt that. Marcos, the CSR was nice, the technician who worked on my car I never met! I need breaks, ,but not sure I’ll be back there.for them. Be careful if you have your KIA or other serviced here! I’ve been in the auto service business for 27 years as a tech, service writer, and manager. A family member went in for a vibration on a 2023 and was waaaaay over quoted for a simple rear shock replacement. I called and let them know the issue and all of a sudden the quote had more repairs on it to explain the high price. NONE of these repairs were presented to her in the original quote.
