This dealership is well-located, with convenient access to major roadways, Inventory is good. But who makes this place remarkable is the manager, Jim. He is notably friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and maintains relaxing non-aggressive sales approach.
Bought my 2018 Kia Cadenza from Gervais Kia of Lowell and have had it serviced exclusively at the dealership. Nothing but good things to say about this dealership and the services they provide. Matt , my service advisor, was excellent. Had an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment. Dropped car off at 11am; ready for pickup at 3:30pm. Long time?? Maybe just a little.
Second time leasing a car with Gervais. Both times I had Bob Fisher. Let’s be real nobody likes car shopping. They make it so easy and fast!!! Thank you, Gervais Kia!!!
