Called to have my air conditioner repaired in May, the first time he came we were charged $850 said he changed the AC control board. The air conditioning stopped working no later than a week after so we called again. We paid $200 for him to fix something else not sure what it even was and the air conditioning still didn’t work. Beware. This company charges a $100 service charge even if you choose to proceed with the work and pay them to complete a job. Have never seen such from any other service company
Called late in the day, said they'd be there in a couple hours and showed up about 45 minutes later. Assessed the issue, repaired the issue all within a couple hours. Adrian was super nice and knowledgeable. Great experience and would be happy to recommend them! Found their fees reasonable.
Amazing at what he does and is very prompt and fast. Guarantees his work and is not breaking the bank. Definitely saved his number and will use him for all our HVAC needs.
When I contacted this company I asked if they would be willing to work with a warranty company. They said yes. My warranty company speaks with the technician before the work is approved. If they approve what he says, I pay up front and they reimburse me after submitting an itemized invoice. They spoke with him, they approved the work, I paid for 2 lb of freon and maintenance. A whopping total of $450. However, this company will not provide me with an invoice. So I cannot get reimbursed. I would not be so upset if the problem... read more
