The quality of service is really good for the most part and the fact that is inside the botanical garden adds a plus to it. However, the food was very disappointing. My companion and I were there on Father's Day for dinner. Very few diners so everyone was easily accommodated inside
We enjoyed a quick dinner at Gertrude's by Tarbell's while visiting during the After Dark events at the Desert Botanical Gardens. Reservations are normally recommended so we had one, but on the Monday night that we visited there were several tables available. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. 4 violations: Bar dishwasher not cleaning correctly. Beans not held at proper temperature. Risotto and spinach sauce not kept cold enough. Romesco sauce kept past discard date.
