A nice cooldown after the extremely hot walk through the gardens
We were fortunate to get a last meal at Gertrude’s on their last day of operation. Will miss the SW-inspired dishes!
We really enjoyed Gertrude’s. The ambience was very relaxing the food was great and the service was exceptional. We ended the evening with the walk-through the gardens. It was a lovely night.
Best food of our trip. My wife and I did a 2500 mile counterclockwise EV road trip from SouthWest Oregon to Phoenix and north through Monument Valley, Zion NP, Bryce, SLC, Boise, and home. Our most memorable meal of the trip was Gertrude’s. The waiter was attentive. The food delicious and made from fresh ingredients. Cold beer. We had nothing fancy- cold soup of the day, fritters, shaved root salad, and a beer. I’m sure the full meals are great as well. The quality of the food is fine dining level.
