Been with JPS for a few years and kept telling the doctor that my blood sugar levels are high and she laughed in my face. Finally left JPS and got a good primary doctor and now I have insulin resistance something my doctor at JPS should have fixed it for me but no. Just stay away from JPS before they diagnosed you with the wrong disease that you do have now.
The receptionist at the door(female Hispanic older lady) is useless and dismissive, she doesn't want to do anything that requires her to move from behind the desk. I had previously checked in at home and received a barcode and she couldn't even take the time to show me to use that, however, Dr. Shreestha Smritri is kind, thorough and attempts to meet all of your needs, I'm happy to have her.
Dr. Nguyen was very rushed and dismissive during my visit. I tried to ask questions about my lab results — especially my cholesterol, which was in the red zone — but she brushed it off, saying things like, “You’re fine, you don’t have kidney or liver issues.” According to her you are good because you are not dying.
