I'm thinking that Elon Musk should look into JPS, especially the outdated pharmacy system. A medicine that my wife takes three times a day for her depression that keeps her from going to a dark place in her head, they don't seem to have any urgency to get this filled. Just another reason why the medical industry is so screwed up!!!
I would like to take the time to recognize Christina at the front desk for her outstanding service. Even though we were extremely late and missed our appointment, she was incredibly kind and professional. She told me she would follow up with me to reschedule, and to my surprise, she did call me back despite her busy schedule. I truly appreciate the extra effort she took to help us. Her dedication did not go unnoticed!
Wonderful staff that cares about their patients
I highly suggest, anyone who has a bad experience with Dr. Sue Nguyen to leave a complaint with the Texas Medical Board, I'm sure it goes a lot further than a google review. (just spreading awareness here) My complaint comes from the way she treated my wife, who is a surviving cancer patient in remission. She has a very aggressive form of cancer, and has not been feeling well for the last week or so. Not wanting to assume the worst she asks to be seen because she was feeling sick.
