Unfortunately, any positives the owner may have as an optometrist are completely outweighed by his own ego. He got my prescription wrong, causing me unbearable eye strain in my left eye, which I was certain was caused by the lens. Instead of properly investigating this and correcting the issue, he insisted that no change in the prescription could possibly account for the problems I was having, tried to convince me it was all in my head, and told me I should seek psychiatric help - for my vision problems! He genuinely bends over backwards to make sure everything is right, and the level of care feels truly bespoke.
