I am a huge fan of Gertrude hawk Frozen bananas covered in chocolate and peanut butter. Unfortunately there are very few locations left so going to the outlets it is the treat that I make sure I stop for. Very sweet woman today. Apparently they're currently having issues company-wide with their registers so they had QR codes to earned the reward points after your purchase. This chocolatier uses some fancy packaging and has mid to high tier pricing, but you’re still getting bio engineered food ingredients with their products. No thanks!
I wanted to write a review because the ladies who served me today were so kind and generous; I haven't been to Gertrude Hawk in a few weeks, and walked in on a whim to grab some chocolate for my brother who loves their candy. First of all, it smelled heavenly with the roasted nuts cooking in the back. They were giving out free dark chocolate samples (my favorite), and decided to get myself a 7-piece sampler.
