Very unprofessional establishment. They will say one thing and do another please make sure you have everything in writing or recording. I literally had to call around and do their job for them. Ross Peterson and the lady in billing are worthless. They will literally dodge your calls unless you call from an unknown number. What a joke! Please find legal help where the people care about you!
I can’t say enough good things about Ross Peterson! He is a kind man, chatty and fun and always helping us out in whatever way he can. He is such a great asset to this firm and we have loved dealing with him over the past 11 years! He’s the best!
