We have had our work Christmas party here for the past 2 years and both times we have reserved a room downstairs. BOTH times we were disregarded and put upstairs- we had it reserved first. Hopefully they treat others better...........Idaho pizza sounds great for next year.
The manager Tyler has the worst customer service!!! He understaffed and had the nerve to blame the customers. Never going here again!!!!

First time I ever eat their tonight. My family of four spent 30 minutes waiting for pizza to come around then the next 6 pizzas were dessert when I asked the waitress if she could kindly start with my end of the restaurant with a pizza she described all the pizzas they offered anf I said we would just like a chance to eat A PIECE OF PIZza. I understand a waitresses draw to feed a large table. But to ignore our little four top cost you a tip. After 15 min of not being offered the type of pizza I would like. That was okay as the salad bar was descent. I asked if they could make a vegi pizza. Of course they can. She will tell the kitchen. Another 15 min later, asked again and was told it was in the oven. Waited another 15 min and asked again. Same response. We had a group of 8 so we were talking and catching up.
