Anybody can make money when a product is delivered to their door (paying a fee) so they can process it and once again turn a profit when it is purchased. This is done and done well by Gerten's very able staff. Thats not the problem! The problem is that they have put into place a policy that now charges any van, pickup or Suv that approaches the pay booth, $20.00 whether it's one bag or 20.
