The dentist was great, but this office needs someone who is trained in medical billing/coding. The receptionist, Karin, doesn’t seem to understand how to bill insurance or how to contact them. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional person to interact with.
Cannot say that I would recommend him. I've had my daughter's teeth clean twice now and she came up happy and smiling went to this office and she came out crying and ready to run. That's not a good experience for her would not recommend the younger of the 2 dentist to anyone?
The dentists are great with my kids. They love going to the dentist now that we switched to a pediatric practice. My one boy injured a baby tooth and they were honest to let it ride unless it abscessed. Unfortunately, years later the abscess occurred on the dentist’s off day. Getting in contact with him was beyond easy, despite being out of the office for the day. He was able to get my son the medicines he needed that day. So great with my toddler. I’m very happy.
My son is non verbal autistic with very high anxiety. He absolutely hates to brush his teeth or have anyone look in his mouth. These dentists are absolutely the most patient and loving team I've ever seen
