My child had a cavity filled at this location, and we will never return. An abcess formed in her gum and she had continued tooth pain for weeks following. We ended up seeking dental care elsewhere and were told the cavity was filled too deep into the nerve, which was proven by an xray. The tooth had to be extracted. I was also called multiple times by a very rude receptionist for a bill that I will not be paying due to their negligence.
Giving this office 2 stars actually hurts my heart! My oldest daughter is 15-she aged out at 12. I also have a 9, 7 and 4 year old. My kids have went to the dentist twice a year since the moment they popped a tooth. Gerstenmaier is the only dentist any of them have ever seen. When I was pregnant with my 9 year old I myself was in dental school and did my externship hours here! The dentist here are absolutely great, however every receptionist they have is rude. They were very patient and understanding with my neurodivergent daughter who can be very antsy and sometimes fearful when it comes to being in the dentists chair...I have had both father and son do dental work..and both do an excellent job!! I definitely would recommend.
