I was having a bad experience with West Med and I hated calling and getting some automated system. They felt so cold to me and even my sister who came to an apt with me in the Ridgewood location said that they seemed apathetic. Not what you expect from Pediatricians. So I looked for a local neighborhood Dr and I couldn't be happier. From the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Gluck, everyone is amazing here. You feel that they truly care about you and your child.
