Staff was great. Dr constantly forgot to submit paperwork to insurance company in a timely manner. He would promise he would sign or call insurance company prior to leaving on vacations, which he forgot. Due to these mistakes I wasn't able to get the care I needed in a timely manner. Had to wait almost 3 months.
I was referred to him by a gastro Doc leaving the Ukiah area. I had a colonoscopy. During the procedure I was woken twice from anastesia by pain from being poked, I assume. After the procedure he did not visit to confirm results. I was given a brief by the recovery nurses. there were no directions about following up with my next colonoscopy timing. 5 years later I called his office requesting information about when I needed another one, I called 3 times! and was told they would call me back , they never did.
