I was bragging about how great Gerry's Used Cars was when I first became a customer because they fixed everything that needed fixing and even bent their rules by giving me a loaner for the night when my truck had to stay there.... HOWEVER, I just had to deal with them again and their customer service SUCKS! If you must deal with them, try to deal with any office other than Corinna.
