Jose came in to remove popcorn ceiling in great room and paint. He apparently did not have the proper equipment or knowledge to do the job. White saw dust was in every room In every crevice , draw, closet, clothing and left the walls covered in dust! He than painted over the ceiling without getting dust, sand and all of popcorn off, and saturated the ceiling with water as well.
