Gerry Optical was able to show me a product that I was interest in but what I received is not on par with what they were selling me at the time of taking my money. What I received in the final product runs parallel to false advertising! The warranty that was spoken to with my glasses - a strong selling feature - does not apply to my purchase because Gerry Optical is not the 1st party-vendor of my glasses. Everyone was very nice and the doctor was very helpful. I've been wearing glasses since I was 6 and contact since high school and he gave me some helpful information about the types of contacts and solution that I should be using. I got a free trial pair to see how I feel and I don't even feel like I'm wearing anything. The exam was kind of long, but very thorough because the doctor wanted to make sure I could see the best that I could so I didn't mind it.
