Gerry came to our house on 6/22 to measure two windows that needed replaced. He told us they would be in by 7/1. We didn’t get any response from him until 7/3 and he then said he would have the windows in on Monday 7/6. After multiple phone calls from both myself and my husband, Gerry finally told us the windows did not make the truck so he did not receive them. Gerry has to work on his customer service! He is great at telling you that he’s going to show up for an appointment and he will not show up, won’t call, text there’s zero communication! I have known Gerry for several years, he does great work however I have told him about his lack of communicating with his customers.
