These guys are awesome! Discussed issues, looked over some points on the car, made suggestions, ect. Most people have negative opinions of dealers and prices, they quoted reasonable pricing for parts and labor, and didn't even charge the full amount expected. Can't ask for better customer service or help! I don't like anyone else touching my vehicles, but I trust them now.

Bought an aftermarket key, said it couldn't be programmed. Paid $100 for their key only to have my unorogrammable key programmed elsewhere. They're out to make a buck and aren't shy about lying to do it. HATE that this is the ONLY Saab service center around.
