Would get negative stars if available! Called a week ago for a couple pictures of a car, that looks to have been there about a month, to be sent to verify it was actually there before making a decent drive. Spoke with the Sales Manager who said “Im looking at it right now, when do you want to come buy it?” Asked for a couple actual pictures of the vehicle and was told as soon as a salesman was available he would have them send pictures. Incompetence all the way around this whole ordeal. From selling a used cadillac "CERTIFIED PRE OWNED" which never should have been certified by cadillacs own standards. Dealership wouldn't buy it back within 14days, said they would trade us out of it of course we lose horribly. Falsified the paperwork to sell for a premium, and GM/ Cadillac was useless they sided with dealer whom has literally 1.2 stars and has had lawsuits. I brought a 2019 Escalade from Gerry lane Cadillac in August 2021 part of the deal was to replace the tires on the Escalade and I agree to pay for my tires myself and they cover all labor cost. I brought many tires in my life time and never had to pay up front for the tires. Tires never came in and they NEVER called me. I went got a refund for the tires and they promised they will call when tires came in. Still waiting for that call.
