The Gerro team are the most attentive, responsive and friendliest building management I have ever been with. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking.
My wife and I just moved into one of Gerro’s properties and I gotta say, the management here is top tier. Stacy, Jennifer, and John have been super responsive any time we’ve had a maintenance request and every issue that’s come up has been addressed within a day. It’s also nice to talk to real people who can actually solve issues. The maintenance tech, Abisai, is very skilled and efficient. All in all I’d say this is the most competent management team I’ve ever dealt with.
