Dr. Gerro and her office, have been caring for my child for 12 years. She is thoughtful, methodically and a very good listener. Her office can always get you in, they are efficient and caring. We had a bad experience one night in the ER at St. Joseph's, when we followed up with Dr. Gerro the following work day, she asked about the ER and what they prescribed/handled his situation. I told her everything and how they failed my child that night. 1 day later I received a phone call apologizing from the ER staff. Pretty amazing
Dr. Gerro and her staff are both efficient and caring. There is never a long wait, and if there is a wait it's not in a crowded reception room. Dr. Gerro is old school, and I appreciate her willingness to take time and pay attention to my son's emotional as well as physical health. She has cared for us in more ways than I am willing to note here. I have nothing but the highest regard and thanks for her and her excellent staff.

I've been going to this pediatrician for 13 years. She has been a great doctor for my kids. She takes motion picture insurance in addition to other insurances.
Dr Gerro is so excellent that we self-pay out of network for our 3-yr old son to see her. She gives great advice and so good at calming a mother's worry and anxiety. She explains things well and walks you right through what to do. Anytime my son has been ill, even at 10pm, she calls back promptly and follows up!
Best Doctor Ever!!! – I am so thankful we found Dr. Gerro. Several years ago we moved to Burbank and found her to be closest pediatirican to us. Wow! Have I been surprised in such a wonderful way. Dr. Gerro will always see my daughter even if it is same day. She is been in business for decades and has the experience to prove it. Money more important than your child health – I had been going to Dr. Gerro for over 4 years now. She had always being professional and a great doctor. Her front staff is great. BUT my surprise was that today I call to bring my daughter who is sick and Amy did an appointment for her. Minutes after making the appointment the accountant call me to let me know that they had problems with the insurance (which they NEVER notified). Wonderful Doctor Dr. Gerro is a wonderfully caring doctor, with a very balanced approach. She always listens to our concerns, is respectful of my child's fears and concerns and has given us reassurance and common-sense advice in addition to great medical care. Wonderful, Experienced, Common Sense Pediatrician Dr. Gerro is the pediatrician for our 2-year-old daughter and our soon-to-be newborn son. She and her staff have never been anything but wonderful and professional when we have been in the office.
