Wonderful Doctor Dr. Gerro is a wonderfully caring doctor, with a very balanced approach. She always listens to our concerns, is respectful of my child's fears and concerns and has given us reassurance and common-sense advice in addition to great medical care. Wonderful, Experienced, Common Sense Pediatrician Dr. Gerro is the pediatrician for our 2-year-old daughter and our soon-to-be newborn son. She and her staff have never been anything but wonderful and professional when we have been in the office. If you want a doctor who will give you good advice based not just on her medical training, but also on the common sense developed over her many years of practice, then this is the doctor for you.
Great Doctor and staff!!!! Hi: I move to California over 2 years ago and she was recommended by a parent on the daycare I had my son. I took him (at the time 4 and my daughter 14) and was amazed on her professional and caring attitude. I awas also surprised by the bad comment because my experiences had been completely different. Excellent Pediatrician! I'm very surprised by the bad review. We've had a great experience with Dr. Gerro and her staff. She really cares about the kids. She once called us, while on her way home from work, after my infant son had a check up that day. She was still thinking about him, and had some additional suggestions for how to help with his colic. Above and beyond.
Staff has negative attitude! Receptionist is rude. I've also seen and heard the staff talk bad about parents/customers after they leave the room! Not professional or caring environment. Only cares about the money.
Very good Pediatrician Dr. Gerro was our firsts pediatrician for our baby daughter. When our insurance changed we had to move on, regrettably. Her front office staff is pleasant and organized. The nurses are gentle and confident with the infants and Dr. Gerro is very receptive to the questions new parents have. She was also flexible with immunizations. I would use her again if I could.
