Dr. Gerrit Schipper, MD Capital Women’s Care: Division 33 Dr. Schipper (GYN) is an excellent communicator who is clear, concise, and empathetic. He fully and patiently explained my hysterectomy and what to expect afterwards. Dr. Schipper has been very thorough in my ongoing care. I highly recommend Dr. Schipper and his team.
Dr. Schipper is a great doctor to go to if you are a woman who has symptoms of hypothyroidism and your primary care doctor has dismissed you. Many primary care doctors can not accurately interpret a woman's bloodwork and see that it indicates hypothyroidism, but Dr. Schipper can!
I’ve been a patient at the practice for several years and Dr. Schipper continues to be my doctor. He continues to be a phenomenal doctor!! He is very personable and asked about my overall health before beginning the exam. He came in the room to chat with me before I prepped for the exam. He introduced his assistant and asked if I was okay with her remaining in the room. He makes eye-to-eye contact with all conversations.
