I really do not like posting negative comments. However, this is the first time I have been to a Dr that I really do not want to return to. I am very easy going and do not feel that way very often. She talks so fast, I have a hard time understanding her. I never feel like she hears or understands me when I say something. When she reads back her notes, the details I have given her are all wrong. My 1st visit as a patient but knew her from attending my husband's visits. She helped me to understand what was going on with my cardio system, what was going to be done to repair it and why. Answered "every" question I could think of, and very sternly directed me on how I could help myself(which I needed to hear). I knew she cared. No question!! I hope GRH nows what they have in this Dr. In our opinion she is a shining star.
