Worst experience with Tom Wilson! This man is so stubborn he almost lost a deal. Needed a septic inspection redone and this man refused to close later the same day. Not the sellers choice, his! Does not work well with other realtors. Does not want to split commission. For the record, I do like Gerrard Hoeschler. Tom is the reason for the bad review.
The entire team at Gerrard Hoeschler was fabulous to deal with! From the time that I reached out to the follow up after purchase. They listened to our voice and didn't try to get me into something that wasn't right (like others tried) If it wasn't for that strong team-We wouldn't have our dream home!
Amanda was a joy to work with! She worked very hard to find us tons of options with the information we gave her and she was quick to schedule showings which was appreciated since when you start house shopping you want everything right away. When looking at homes, she looked closely at and pointed out details we never would have noticed and she was honest about pros and cons instead of trying to sell us on a home.
