It'd be a hard NO for me now. And I was on the Condo Board that renewed their contract. IMO, poor service, response times, communication (if you got any at all), and lousy workmanship on repairs.
We only moved into a condo development managed by them last week, but so far they've answered my questions promptly.

We changed Property Management companies this summer, So far Gerow has stood way above our old company. Jamie does a great job with follow up and getting things accomplished. They are also on top of the financial end as well, great change to this new management team Frank Wilcox
