I am a board member at Whispering Springs 1 and have worked with Natasha for the last 17 months. Prior to hiring Gerow, we were self managed. Natasha has had her hands full with the transition and she is gracious under fire. The amount of regulation and rules alone are way more than a group of volunteers could handle. She has righted our ship and has us on a plan to keep Whispering Springs a great place to live.
This company is very badly handled. They think they have the upper hand in everything. Very disrespectful to the homeowners. No communication to the people paying them. They are only out for the money. Dues are always going up. Would not recommend this company.
A note I wrote to Scott Gerow this week says it all: Scott, I can't help but thank you, once again, for bringing your wisdom, experience and organization skills to our community. I continue to marvel at what good hands we are now in and cringe looking back at what inept hands we were in before. Kudos to you and your team. This company has no issue harassing the elderly, coming onto peoples properties without the proper channels being informed, and they listen to their most "expensive" customers first come first serve always. Do not recommend living anywhere that would have them taking care of your property, or conversing with your family members.
We have had Gerow Property Management for more than 3 years and our homeowners assn. is very happy with their services! Quick and efficient to respond!
