TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They did not fill my order completely, so I had to re-email them several times the invoice they had lost, which they never seemed to get. Then I had to call them 11 times. Most of the time I would get a completely new receptionist, who would tell me they had only worked here for a couple weeks & then with further questioning that my compliant was a common complaint. I was really excited to order my rainbow surgical instruments. Several weeks later, I was kind of frustrated when I never received a tracking number. I had to call multiple times to finally be told where they were. Instruments were fantastic. Except they sent me the wrong instrument in a clearly labeled package. I was supposed to get Rainbow 5" Halstead Mosquito Forceps instead I got Rainbow Lister Bandage Scissors.
