Everyone was so nice! I'd been having a problem with an extraction site for a week. I'd gone to another dentist. That dentist couldn't fix my problem. Dr. Welch at Germany saw the problem and fixed it without missing a beat! Thanks Germany Dental!
I scheduled an appointment at Germany Dental. When I arrived, the front office staff was so nice and friendly. I got xrays and taken to the room to wait on the dentist. The dentist came in and discussed the xrays and told me what needed to be done. He didnt really take the time out to ask me questions or thoroughly explain the procedures I needed done, preventative care and/or what other options were available or if I had any other concerns. I was skeptical at first bc ot the entry...but once I got to back and had the whole initial consultation. I was so please . No stone was left unturned no question left unanswered...and I asked alot!!! Yes they will do my procedure. Hve yo come back on that review but this was the best I got from a dentist!
Germany Dental has the BEST staff....always polite and compassionate. My kids love it there, and so do I! A little long on the waiting room wait, but it is worth it!
Coming to Germany Dental is always a great experience. Getting cleanings are always quick but still very thorough and the environment is always warm and welcoming. Other dentists that I've been to are always subpar compared to the experience here.
In the process of getting some major work done. I feel like Dr. Germany and the entire staff at Germany Dental Group is giving me first class treatment. They have greatly eased my dental anxiety, and made the entire process go smoothly, thus far. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know. I have a long road ahead of me until we are done, but I look forward to having the smile I have always dreamed of having.
I just completed the process of 4 implants and a permanent bar attached to those implants. I have had soft teeth and problems with my teeth all my life. I got my upper denture at 29. I would not let anyone remove the 2 caps I had on the bottom because of all the horror stories with bottom plates. what Germany dental did for my was a dream come true!! For me to have a lower set of teeth that do not move, gives me so much confidence that I did not have before. Their work is GREAT!!!1 Thanks Patti & Dr Germany!!
