These guys are great! Eddie is as honest as they come. This is the way a business should be run. They're about helping people first, making money second. That's very rare to find in a mechanic.

Germantown Tire & Automotive is WONDERFUL I cannot believe the person who wrote a negative review for Germantown Tire. Eddie Musgrove, The Manager, has been there forever and even works on cars himself. We were recommended to Germantown Tire from a friend 6 years ago and have been totally happy with their professionalism and service.

Timing Belt CV Boots Had a timing belt installed at 106,000 miles as well as water pump. The timing belt replacement interval on a VW Passat is 105,000 miles not the 60,000 as stated in another post. My belt did not make it anywhere near 105,000 miles. I just traded my Passat in and it had 175,000 miles so Mr. Musgrave decided to make up my mileage as it did not Jibe with his 60,000 mile belt interval. The belt never broke but it was about to. Looks like the belt was replaced but replaced improperly. I had CV joints replaced... read more

Germantown Tire & Automotive is A+++ Eddy did me right. Last night I read the reviews and today I called. Eddy took time to discuss tires and gave me a choice. What a pleasure to find an honest guy! He quoted $118 per tire on the phone, but told me when I walked in that he'd been wrong...they were only $103! How often does that happen? Forty minutes in and out. Germantown Tire & Automotive - Aircraft Drive Wouldn't take our cars to anyone else. Very honest experts at very reasonable charges. Have recommended Eddie Musgrove to dozens or more friends in the past 10 years. If he were to move we'd all follow him.

Germantown Tire & Automotive Hi to respond to Darren Larade's Posting. The car was here on 4/14/09 with mileage being 106621. We replaced the timing belt and water pump. Then at 196210 the belt broke. VW timing belts need to be replaced at 60000 MILES. The repair shop that was doing the repairs called ME, we talked, and then he called the dealer, got the date code off the belt in the car, It was11/05 so we did replace the belt and pump. Great Service! I was shopping around for tires and a friend of mine recommended Germantown Tire & Automotive. The service people were extremely friendly and never talked down to me because of my gender. The gentleman helping me came out to look at my car and make sure I was buying the proper tires. Unfortunately they didn't have the kind I needed in stock, but I would definitely go back there for my other car.
