Both the people that run the business… got it handled down from there old man Gene! But yeah unfortunately Adam and Kraig are Alcoholics! I’ve had several bad experiences there when I lived in Germantown.. Adam has a horrible temper!! Surprised? No one has noticed better business bureau!
I called and made an appointment to get two front tires on my girlfriend's car. The gentleman on the phone so they had to order them. And they will be delivered by noon today. So we scheduled the appointment for 2 p m. We were taking this car the next day for a 5 hour Car drive, so it's very important to get these tires on. When I got there they took the car in and 5 minutes later came out and said thet have a problem. They ordered the wrong tires and won't be able to do the work today. Better than a dealership and trustworthy owners
The service and price was great along with the customer service, but when I picked up my car, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Not too happy about that
