Walked in to find the desk staff laughing and joking. I was asked to fill out paperwork which I asked if this could have been done online. "we don't do that" and they both laughed. After some TIME, I was taken back and had primary tests performed by one of the girls from the counter (?) Eyes now dialated, I'm sitting in a room waiting for more tests once the "machine" becomes availble.
