Today we had a really positive experience. My son had a tooth extraction and he was so very brave. I owe a bit of that bravery to the dentist and her staff for their encouragement and kindness. I am leaving a four star review because today was a good day. Service is not always good but today was. The front desk staff was kind to me as was the dentist and other members of staff that supported the dentist. There have been times when I’ve interacted with the staff and they’ve not been kind. We had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we walked in until the time we checked out. They have such a fantastic personality for children. The doctor was very personable and informative. My son really enjoyed his visit, which I don’t feel like many toddlers say at the dentist. Thank you so much for all your wonderful care.

My daughter was afraid to go the dentist at first, but she ended up loving her visit and dancing out of the office. The waiting room was clean and entertaining for her and we waited no more than 5 minutes. The dentist was gentle and nice with my daughter and they gave her a toothbrush and goodie bag which she loved. She also gave me very good advice to make flossing easier which I will use. I will be bringing my daughter back for sure.

Today my little ones had their first dental visit, they and I were extremely nervous, however when we opened the door to the office and they saw the Holiday decor, TV’s with kids movies on screen, and a game station all their anxiety and fear of the dentist went out the door. I love this practice! My new born son had a tongue tie which was causing him difficulty suckling. I found Germantown pediatric dental center, the service, professionalism of the staff, and atmosphere fantastic. They made me feel comfortable, informed, confident that my son’s dental health is in such great hands, it’s going on to three years now, and the service never fails, this is my son’s dental office.
