We had such a wonderful experience! Everyone there is so sweet. My son's first dental experience was very positive and we look forward to building a great relationship with the whole team!
First time here and I had to bring my son for some dental work. First of all customer service is so excellent, friendly people and very professional. For someone who has a child with some special needs, it was so pleasant to see how he was calm and interacted very well with the DA, Hygienist and The Dentist. I am impressed and looking forward to working with them again.
I love this practice! My new born son had a tongue tie which was causing him difficulty suckling. I found Germantown pediatric dental center, the service, professionalism of the staff, and atmosphere fantastic. They made me feel comfortable, informed, confident that my son’s dental health is in such great hands, it’s going on to three years now, and the service never fails, this is my son’s dental office.
It's the best place! My kids love Germantown Pediatric dental! They always arrive happy and feel safe, it is the first place they come with a lot of confidence and without fear.All the staff are so friendly, I definitely moved to the best place.
We had an amazing experience at Germantown Pediatric Dental Center! Wendy and Rosa at the front desk were so helpful and kind—they made the insurance process easy and stress-free. Dr. Lee and the entire staff were incredibly kid-friendly and made Leia feel comfortable and safe while also making the visit fun. We love the team and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
