Today my little ones had their first dental visit, they and I were extremely nervous, however when we opened the door to the office and they saw the Holiday decor, TV’s with kids movies on screen, and a game station all their anxiety and fear of the dentist went out the door. We had such a wonderful experience! Everyone there is so sweet. My son's first dental experience was very positive and we look forward to building a great relationship with the whole team!
I love this practice! My new born son had a tongue tie which was causing him difficulty suckling. I found Germantown pediatric dental center, the service, professionalism of the staff, and atmosphere fantastic. They made me feel comfortable, informed, confident that my son’s dental health is in such great hands, it’s going on to three years now, and the service never fails, this is my son’s dental office.
First time here and I had to bring my son for some dental work. First of all customer service is so excellent, friendly people and very professional. For someone who has a child with some special needs, it was so pleasant to see how he was calm and interacted very well with the DA, Hygienist and The Dentist. I am impressed and looking forward to working with them again.
