The clinic has a friendly and jolly atmosphere! They even have free toys and tv screen on every room, playing kid's favorite cartoons! My daughter loves it! The staffs are patient and engaging to my daughter, especially Aaliyah! The plan was also clearly explained to us! The whole team demonstrates high professionalism and expertise, instilling confidence in us parents. Overall, we are very very satisfied!
We absolutely love coming to Germantown Pediatric Dental, we have been coming here for 2+ years. My son comes here with a smile and leaves with a bigger smile. The staff is so warm and welcoming! This is the best pediatric dental office I have ever taken my kids. The facility is large and clean. There’s so much space in the seating and procedure area. My kids have been going here since they were 2 years old. It’s been over 10years now. Dr. Echandy is so experienced and so detailed when looking at my kids teeth. Karla in the front has been there giving top tier customer service for all the years I been coming here. I can’t take my babies anywhere else. Julissa was so nice as well! Such a welcoming vibe here.
At Germantown Pediatric Dental, our family receives and experiences a very kid-friendly/parent-approved, all around, and all the way through approach. The staff takes their time with each of our children; ages seven to 15. They really focus, talk, and understand the boys on their levels. With this approach, it is clear our boys have experienced pleasant reoccurring check-ups. Can you say when you leave your dentist, your little ones, thank them, hug them goodbye, and wish to see them next time!?
I took my son for his first year dentist visit. The staff are very professional and friendly! The location is easy to route. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and informative! The exam is quick and effective! Lasts about 10 minutes! I don’t think my son is traumatized for future dental visit!!! That’s the Bonus for every parent!!
