Butch and tyler are some of the greatest people around, im the operations manager for Centerville landscape and irrigation, during the winter before the big snow storm hit out fuel tanks were reading 1/2 tank but they empty, my provider couldn't get me fuel in time for the storm. I previously worked with duncan but last winter we had that bad snow storm and extremely cold temps. Even though our driveway was cleared and is was going to be in the negative temps duncan refused to deliver and wouldn't come out for another two weeks. I called Germantown and they were less and delivered next dats no issues. They were a life saver!!!
Germantown Oil Company is fantastic. Every time I call, Jenny or Pam answers and they are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Customer service like this is hard to find. I’ve also worked with Butch, who went above and beyond to make sure our fuel delivery was completed ahead of the super cold weather. His attention and proactive communication gave us real peace of mind. It’s clear this is a company that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend Germantown Oil Company.
