I've been a patient at this office for about 8 or 9 years and have never had a problem. There is a nurse practitioner in the office that is so rude. When I left thw office today, I was in tears because I was that angry! I am reporting her to the Tennessee Nursing Board! I am also leaving this office and finding a new primary care facility.
Most of the time you don't see the DR. You see one of those DR nurses. If you walk in for the 1st time, it is 3 hours plus. Don't even try to get a refill on a prescription....... They wont even respond to the pharmacy It is a clinic as it says. Not a true medical facility that I would trust again....The place is making some $$$ though.. keep going.
I went into the facility two weeks ago sick and after taking my vitals and swabbing my throat I was told I had a viral infection. I went to my doctor three days later and tests were done and I had pneumonia. Don't go here.
I am a patient at Germantown Minor Medical. I went in for my annual physical last week and was in and out in a very timely manner. The Nurse Practitioner was professional and very knowledgeable about my diabetes and high blood pressue. Qudos to the staff.
I came in to this clinic last week and thought the service was awesome compared to most minor medical clinics. The staff was really nice and I was in and out within 45 mins to an hour. I had a sinus infection and got a sinus cocktail which worked wonders. I have since changed my PCP to Dr. Loskovitz. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.
