The staff was rude, condescending and unprofessional. Their primary care physicians contradicted the diagnoses that my wife and son received at Germantown Minor Medical. I would not recommend this clinic.

I've been a patient at this office for about 8 or 9 years and have never had a problem. There is a nurse practitioner in the office that is so rude. When I left thw office today, I was in tears because I was that angry! I am reporting her to the Tennessee Nursing Board! I am also leaving this office and finding a new primary care facility.

Most of the time you don't see the DR. You see one of those DR nurses. If you walk in for the 1st time, it is 3 hours plus. Don't even try to get a refill on a prescription....... They wont even respond to the pharmacy It is a clinic as it says. Not a true medical facility that I would trust again....The place is making some $$$ though.. keep going.

Old School :) I worked for these guys 10 yrs part time, they tolerate a lot of abuse!! It is very convenient for all ages and hours are exceptional for working parents... There's not much they don't do for their patients.. Most of the staff is friendly ? :) others could be more polite.. I developed a great relationship with the Docs there... Neal Loskovitz is a card, he has a super sense of humor, good to his employees and will have your back if needed.. Front Desk Jennifer is RUDE! I called this office in regard to a bill that I had paid earlier this week. I wanted to make sure it posted and I had a few billing questions. The front desk little girl named Jennifer hung the phone up in my face after stating, she does not work in billing and I needed to speak with someone named Neal. I called back 2 hours later asking for Neal. I informed her that she hung up in my face earlier and was Neal there yet. She stated No, he is still not here he comes whenever he wants. I went into the facility two weeks ago sick and after taking my vitals and swabbing my throat I was told I had a viral infection. I went to my doctor three days later and tests were done and I had pneumonia. Don't go here.

I am a patient at Germantown Minor Medical. I went in for my annual physical last week and was in and out in a very timely manner. The Nurse Practitioner was professional and very knowledgeable about my diabetes and high blood pressue. Qudos to the staff.

I came in to this clinic last week and thought the service was awesome compared to most minor medical clinics. The staff was really nice and I was in and out within 45 mins to an hour. I had a sinus infection and got a sinus cocktail which worked wonders. I have since changed my PCP to Dr. Loskovitz. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.
