Salaam - I have been coming to the Germantown Halal Meat Market for since they opened, and the meat (chicken, beef, lamb) has always been top quality and extremely fresh. In addition, to their quality meats, their customer service is exceptional. All the butchers cut and pack the meat with care. Our family sends an extra shout out to Peter who goes above and beyond helping his customers. I’ve been getting my meat from Germantown Hala Market for some time now, and it’s always an excellent experience. Peter and Ibrahim are fantastic to work with. Ibrahim’s made-to-order seasoned kofta and pre-made beef shawarma are spot-on and absolutely delicious. Peter has been equally great—he really knows his stuff, always suggesting different cuts and sharing helpful tips on how to cook them.
