I’m a returning customer. I got the clean-cut lamb shoulder today, but the trimming was very different from last time. There was still too much fat, plus an extra chunk of fat in the package. Last time was great — most fat was properly cleaned. I’d like to keep buying from you, so I hope the quality stays consistent!!!
