Edit: going on almost two years now. And still love living here. Amanda is always so kind and helpful, maintenance is as well. One thing I thought was very kind was the birthday card on my birthday. Never loved some where, that did that. The little acts of kindness do not go unnoticed. NEVER felt safer at an apartment as I do here. Love living here. Been here for a year now. We lived here for two years, the apartment was clean and thankfully we had great neighbors. Anytime we had a maintenance issue it was resolved quickly, and the front desk was always kind and helpful. I do think that the rent was a little high for how dated the apartment itself was, and the gate didn’t work properly most of the time we lived there, however I never felt unsafe.
I don’t know why Germantown Gardens got so many bad reviews. Don’t let those scare you away! Today is June 27, 2025. I’m Tessa have been here 2 yrs. Live with my boyfriend. He has been here 10 years. I can’t say enough good things about living here. 1. Apartments are reasonably priced. 1a. I24 is very close. 1b. It’s very quiet. 1c. Nice place to call home. 2. Beautiful
My husband and I have lived in these apartments since 2021 and we loved living here! Our neighbors were always very nice and maintenance was timely. The only thing is that there are moisture problems, but it was always quickly managed! We ended up investing in a dehumidifier to further tackle the issue, which like a previous review stated, it is an investment you would make if it was your own home so we had no qualms about it. Overall we enjoyed our time at Germantown Gardens!
