Canceled my contract a year ago. Just saw that they charged my bank account last month. Be aware, the lack of communication is a real issue with this business.
Best fitness gym in Germantown and the local area. Good free weights and good cardio machines....
Needed to cancel membership as I moved. Owner does not respond via phone, email, or letter to cancel. The gym itself is very unkempt. The bathroom is not cleaned, the carpet is extremely dirty, and anything that breaks stays that way. It was okay when I joined a few years ago and I wanted to support a small business but the owner obviously stopped caring at some point.
Always good at G-town Fitness. Lots of free weights - good cardio.
"Email is my preferred communication." Yet he can't be bothered to answer an email. Also, the equipment is getting dated. Lots of equipment could use some TLC by the owner.
