germantown carwash has been there for over 25 years. i see they have had some ups & downs with employees & management.... but to tell the truth i really have enjoyed their services. when i have had a complaint they have always fixed it on the spot. to those of you who say you spent 178.00 $ on a wax, you must be out of your mind. the clipper sends out the coupon for 29.99 on any size wax each month. i know i get it along with a coupon for 2.00 off coupon, & the wax only takes 30-35 mins..... so yes i would recommend their se... read more
$978.02 + Tax: Too Expensive due to damage done by Germantown Car Wash... They spoilt my Toyota Prius 2006 Front dashboard Camera display. They gave the Accident/damage report on 9/1/2012 and asked me to get the estimate. When I got the estimate from a Toyota dealer in Memphis, they refuse to pay the full cost of $978.02 + tax or somehow get the damage fixed. They offer a negotiated cost of $350. We paid forty dollars for the "Biggie" package and told them we wanted the interior cleaned including the seats for our Jeep Liberty. I wanted my wife's car cleaned for her birthday. The manager also circled "armorall tires" and "armorall interior" and said it was free. Ok cool. We're told the car is ready... Added Charges – I have going there for quite a while and the service is not as good as it used to be but the issue I have is with added charges. The last two times I have been there I asked for a $15.99 car wash and when I got my reciept I discovered I was charged almost $30. I was not told about these extra charges until I asked about the charge amount. This is not a good way to do business and I will not be returning.
