Owner is great & transparent. Fair pricing. My family has used him over the last 5+ years and he always delivers quality work. We’ve owned several VWs & BMWs. He’s our go to for any major repair vs the dealership.
Jerry is a true expert on repairing VW Jettas. He has great workmanship and provides excellent customer service 👏 👌
Stay away from this repair shop!! I had an awful experience with Jermaine, he spoke to me rude and condescendingly. And seems like he marks up all the parts and labor for his repairs. Suggests things need to be replaced when they dont need to be. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THIS REPAIR FACILITY OR I SUGGEST remove Jermaine as he is not professional or transparent!!!!
